A First Look At The Faces Behind The Adidas #workit Summer Series!

If adidas are prepping for summer then so are we! Today we’re finally able to reveal the latest chapter in the #workit campaign, which adidas launched earlier this year to encourage women across London and the UK to try out fresh fitness moves and, well… work it!

As the blossoms fall and we celebrate more frequent bouts of sunshine, adidas have enlisted three of the city’s hottest female bloggers to inspire you to #workit it this Summer. It’s about having fun and making dynamic new fitness methods as accessible as possible.

Em Sheldon, AJ Odudu and Cat Meffan are the faces of the campaign – already renowned in their own right for high velocity fitspo! Over a six week period, you’ll be able to follow tailored individual workouts designed to help you achieve your fitness goals. The workout moves will be revealed weekly on the adidas Women’s Facebook page so that you can easily join in the fitness journey (for free yo!).

The #workit Summer Series kicks off with Em Sheldon, creator of the Em Talks blog, and will focus on workout moves perfect for summer and preparing for the holiday season.

“The summer is all about getting out there and feeling confident, which for me, means feeling strong and powerful. My six-week adidas Summer Series programme is designed to increase strength and athleticism so follow my programme and join me to work towards feeling fitter and more confident,” says Em, ahead of the summer series.

TV presenter and personal trainer, AJ Odudu, will pick up the baton in late June, with a programme designed to boost your energy, before Imperfect Matter creator and Intagram sensation Cat Meffan shows you how to tone up in time for the best months of the year.

The three blogging champions will also be seen modelling key pieces from the brand new AW15 collection (which we’re super excited to show you in June!).
