Achieve Your Fitness Goals With FRAME Personalised Sessions!

We all know and love FRAME for its huge variety of quirky classes – from 80s aerobics dance to yoga – but now that they’ve launched their very own personal training service get ready to take your fitness to the next level.

‘FRAME Personalised’ is all about helping Londoners to achieve their individual fitness goals. Taking place at private studios in Shoreditch and Queen’s Park filled with state-of-the-art equipment, you can choose from a range of packages, deciding whether you want to focus entirely on private sessions or mix it up with group classes.

“Essentially FRAME Personalised is like having your own personal coach,” says Pip Black, co-founder of FRAME. “Whether you’re keen to get stuck into a gruelling five sessions a week or one a month to supplement the classes you’re already doing, we’ll be able to accommodate your goals.”

While there’s no denying that classes and working out with friends are great fun, if there’s an area of your training you really want to focus on improving, you are keen to try something new or you just want to take things up a notch, one-on-one sessions are designed around you and your needs.

“The benefits of personal training are that it’s personal!” says Jack Edwards, personal trainer with FRAME. “You have a trained professional watching your movements, listening to you and giving feedback the whole time.”

FRAME Personalised sessions allow you to slow down and concentrate on perfecting your form, something which is extremely important when training not only to avoid injury, but also to ensure that you are getting the most out of each exercise. “In my experience trainers and clients grow to know each other and how each other work; this helps both get the best out of the session, something that is a little more difficult in a group environment,” Jack adds.

So what can you expect from a private session with FRAME?

Incorporating strength training (always wanted to learn how to lift weights properly?) and yes, even a little bit of cardio if that’s what you absolutely love. Sessions are all about you and your goals. “Most early sessions with me are learning how the client’s body moves, what’s strong and what needs work on. I’ll also be assessing fitness levels and work ethic, although this might not be apparent until you’re mid burpee…” says Jack.

They say that abs are made in the kitchen and FRAME have you got you covered here too: as part of your personal programme trainers are able to provide you with nutritional advice to support your training and make sure that all your hard work pays off.

So what are you waiting for – your first session is free!
