Balance Festival 2020 To Reflect The Evolution Of Wellness

LONDON, United Kingdom — Balance Festival is returning to London for its fourth consecutive year, as demand for boutique festivals bringing together like-minded, wellness-driven consumers intensifies.

Sharpening its focus on a more holistic approach to wellness, the three-day festival, due to take place at London’s Truman Brewery from 17th to 19th April, will provide festival-goers with a packed schedule designed to tap into the mind, body and soul, reflecting changes in consumer behaviour, when it comes to health and wellbeing.

2020’s bumper lineup of influencers, experts and wellness gurus will include personal trainer and best-selling author Alice Liveing, personal trainer and Stay Wild Swim founder Zanna Van Dijk, ex-rugby star Richie Norton and fitness performance coach Harry Jameson. As with previous years, the festival will also play host to some of the UK and US’ leading boutique fitness studios, including Barry’s Bootcamp, F45, Third Space and Method Movement, a huge selection of athleisure labels and the latest in healthy food and beverage innovation.

Welltodo will also return to support guests looking to grow incredible businesses and careers in the wellness industry. Across the three days, we’ll run a series of inspirational and thought-provoking panel discussions, host our innovative careers clinic – connecting passionate job seekers with wellness brands, and for the first time ever, take to the stage to showcase the winner of our Pitch-Up competition where one exciting wellness startup will win a prize package worth over £8k.

Speaking about the evolution of the festival, co-founder Ludovic Rossignol explained: “We’re absolutely delighted to be hosting Balance Festival for the fourth year. We’re incredibly proud to welcome some of the biggest world-leading wellness brands, providing a platform for everyone to explore the innovation of the wellness movement. No matter what your experience, Balance Festival provides a welcoming space for everyone.”

To cater to a growing demographic of health-conscious consumers, and recognise individual motivations towards the pursuit of wellness, the festival’s curated agenda aims to help people enhance their wellbeing by embracing a ‘live fit, happy and healthy’ ethos.

According to the festival, this means fitness enthusiasts and first-timers alike will have the opportunity to learn new skills, try new activities and taste great food, no matter where they are on their personal journey.

“The beauty of Balance Festival is that it doesn’t matter whether you’re new to the world of fitness or a seasoned expert because this three-day event is the destination that caters to all individuals embracing a healthy lifestyle,” explained the brand in a statement.

With recent research from Eventbrite demonstrating the popularity of festivals that celebrate hobbies and passions, provide people with a space to try new things and enable them to meet new people, Balance Festival 2020 looks to have found a sweet spot by catering to individuals who want to achieve the best version of themselves, in an inclusive and supportive environment.
