Unmind snags $47m for workplace mental health

London-based workplace mental health platform Unmind has raised $47m in a round led by EQT Ventures. Project A, Felix Capital and True also participated. The capital has been earmarked for research and development, as well as to expand its business reach.

Currently, the startup’s services are available to more than 2 million employees in 110 countries.

Boutique Yoga brand FLY LDN launches crowdfunding campaign

London-based boutique yoga studio FLY LDN has launched a crowdfunding campaign to fuel the global growth of its digital fitness platform and assist the expansion of its existing flagship site in London.

The brand is hoping to raise £250k.

Liquid Death raises $15m from Live Nation and others

Beverage brand Liquid Death has raised $15m in funding from Investors including Live Nation, Machine Gun Kelly, Tony Hawk, Wiz Khalifa, Steve Aoki, Kelly Campbell (president of Hulu) and Michael Dubin (founder of Dollar Shave Club).

The water-in-a-can brand has also partnered with Live Nation in a deal that will see its beverage available at events and festivals across the US. Further emphasising its commitment to Liquid Death’s mission, Live Nation will also be supporting Liquid Death brand sales and growth through marketing initiatives.

CBD startup Trip Raises $5m

London-based startup TRIP has secured its first public raise of $5m in partnership with key strategic investors including Depop CEO Maria Raga and serial entrepreneur and investor, Christian Angermayer. 

Funds will support the cult CBD brand’s launch into the US market, content and product development and continued growth across Europe.

Planet Fitness makes a minority investment in iFIT

US fitness franchise Planet Fitness has a minority investment in iFIT — a leading global health and fitness technology company that develops and sells interactive software, content, and equipment.

The investment builds on Planet Fitness and iFIT’s existing collaboration announced in April 2020, in which Planet Fitness partnered with iFIT to accelerate Planet Fitness’ digital offerings with expanded and enhanced content.
