You’ll Love This: Don’t be scared off by all the veggies in this one – the lemon and apple give it a lovely sweet tang and it’s full of all the good stuff! Cucumber and spinach are both high in potassium and beta-carotene, and help dissolve uric acid. Spinach is also an immune booster and contains iron (if you’re a vegan or vegetarian). Take home message? Green is good (and in this case, delicious!).

You’ll Love This: If you’re getting bored of the same old combinations, then go no further than Bobo’s. We adore their Rhubarb Couture (fab name!) which is every bit as glamorous as it sounds. This rich red juice blend is high in lutein, which is excellent for your eyes. Rhubarb is also found to have anti-cancer properties.

You’ll Love This: We love Lovage because of their farm-to-street ethos and strong belief in the healing power of food. The Viridian juice speaks to the self-healing nature of the body by combining dark leafy greens for magnesium, calcium and iron, with the alkalizing properties of squash for a lovely sweet kick. A truly amazing combo; they had us at fennel.
