SINGAPORE — Luxury hotel group Aman is targeting a new audience of high-earners and adventure seekers, with the launch of a series of private jet wellness journeys.
Headed by globally celebrated health specialists, the exclusive retreats, starting from $55,000 per person, will invite guests to combine life-changing travel experiences with wellbeing journeys designed to restore a sense of peace and invigorate mind, spirit and body.
Launching in September, the first journey will lead guests on a private jet adventure across Asia. The 16-day trip through Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam will take in the sights of Bali’s creative and traditional heartlands, a tropical private island in the Philippines and the shores of Vietnam’s dramatic coastline at Amanoi.
Along the way, passengers will complete a wellness programme tailored to each of their specific requirements, from Pilates and yoga to footwork and body rolling.
The second wellness journey, taking place in November, will travel across India, Sri Lanka and Thailand on a once-in-a-lifetime 14-day adventure. This particular trip will focus on both the physical and spiritual sides of wellness, combining a personalised programme of yoga and Pilates.
Forming part of a wider selection of private jet expeditions, which will include Europe and Pan-Asia, for Aman the exclusive trips represent an opportunity to target a new demographic looking to explore the concept of wellness travel.
According to Aman’s Chief Operating Officer Roland Fasel, demand for these type of trips is on the rise, and with operators including Crystal and Four Seasons launching similar initiatives, the market is growing steadily.
