In addition to hosting a series of expert talks aimed at helping people build incredible careers and businesses in the wellness industry, Welltodo will be connecting wellness brands with job seekers, and showcasing our careers platform — Welltodo Careers.

On Friday 11th May at 1pm, attendees will have the opportunity to hear from Business Coach and Founder of Welltodo, Lauren Armes, who’ll be hosting an insightful panel on ‘Building A Dream Team: How To Attract And Retain Passionate People’.

Joined by Pip Black, Co-Founder of Frame and Kate Francis, Talent Manager – Europe at lululemon, we’ll explore how wellness brands can find both talented and passionate employees to bring their ideas to life. Finally, on Sunday 13th May at 4pm, Armes will take to the stage to deliver a powerful talk: ‘Don’t Wait, Start Now: Make This The Year You Launch Your Dream Business’. Sharing insights from her own business journey, Armes will offer practical advice that you can use today to bring your ideas to life and ultimately live your best life now.

“We’re thrilled to be joining Balance Festival for the second year running,” commented Armes.

“The wellness industry continues to grow and evolve, and this year’s lineup highlights just how many incredible brands are now operating in the space. We look forward to helping as many attendees as possible turn their passion into a dream career or business.”

Taking place at London’s iconic Old Truman Brewery in Shoreditch from the 11-13th May, this year’s Balance Festival aims to encourage even more people to explore cutting-edge fitness concepts, sample the latest healthy food brands and learn from leading experts, while providing brands with the opportunity to reach a new audience.

“The very first edition of Balance Festival saw over 9,000 Londoners join forces to celebrate the city’s vibrant fitness scene and wellness movement – a testimony that London is already embracing a wellness revolution –which we believe has only just started,” said Ludovic Rossignol-Isanovic, Director of Balance Festival.

“This year, the wealth of new event features is focused on helping Londoners step outside their comfort zone and try something new – to find balance on their own terms. We know that healthy lifestyles are often perceived as the key to happiness and success, but can so often seem impossible due to busy lives and demanding careers. Balance Festival gives people the chance to cut through the nonsense, by offering a myth-busting approach to help achieve a more fulfilling lifestyle,” he added.
