Every week Lauren asks her guests 5 quick-fire questions…

    1. What’s one thing you wish you’d known when you started this journey?
“I wish I’d known it’s ok to ask for help because at the start I didn’t and I’m so glad that now I do all the time.”

    2. What’s one thing you wish you’d done sooner in your business?
      “I wish that I had rebranded sooner…

It came from a place of fear. Through thinking, if I change things, people will leave. You know, change, it takes people a little while to get used to. If they’re there and they’re still committed to you and if you’re still offering something great, then how something looks, and the name of it, shouldn’t actually matter. ”

    3. Why do you do what you do?
“Because I get to make people feel amazing. I get to make their energy come alive in their body, in their soul. I get to make people smile, I get to make people cry, and that sounds like a terrible thing, but I get to make people release blocked energy and that is really special. And I feel very honoured to do that job. ”

    4. What’s the best part about your job?
“That it’s so different. That no day is the same and there are days when I struggle, that’s why I need a dog in my life. I NEED a little bit of routine. But I love that I can do my job from anywhere in the world and that it takes on, day to day, a different path”

    5. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“It was something I read in a book years ago, this is before I actually launched the business… but actually it has stayed with me: ‘Don’t rush something that you want to last forever’.”
