Every week Lauren asks her guests 5 quick-fire questions…
What’s one thing you wish you’d known when you started this journey?
“I wish that I had more knowledge about business. And I think that schools need to teach people about business and taxes and VAT and the basics because if you know these things, you’ll be able to apply them to anything you do in life.”
What’s one thing you wish you’d done sooner in your business?
“Went online. Online is the way to go. It’s growing, and it’s growing at a massive rate. If you’re not online then you’re going to get left behind.”
Why do you do what you do?
“Because I enjoy it.”
What’s the best part about your job?
“I think it’s the knock-on effect that it has with other people… I get tagged in messages and pictures every day of individuals who are training with me, and they’ve transformed their bodies or their minds. I think that’s so cool because sometimes I forget, I forget the impact it has on people… I just think that’s amazing, and if you can do something and get paid for it and make a difference to people, isn’t that even better.”
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Be kind. You never know when you’re going to fall flat on your arse and this year has shown that. So I think be kind, be humble and treat everyone as you would like to be treated. I know that sounds so corny, but I think if you are a good person, then good will come to you.”
