Every week Lauren asks her guests 5 quick-fire questions…

  1. What’s one thing you wish you’d known when you started this journey?
“I wish I’d known it’s ok to start before you’re ready. I remember even when I was coaching with you 3 years ago, you suggesting things for me to do, that I’m probably only doing now in the last year, because at the time I was like ‘i’m not quite ready for that’ but now obviously I am ready. I kind of wish at the time I was more like ‘I’m not ready to do this, but I’ll give it a go.”

  2. What’s one thing you wish you’d done sooner in your business?
“I think doing more group work. I think there’s something really dynamic about doing things in groups that just adds an exciting flavour and that aspect of community and I wish I’d got started on that sooner because it’s really rewarding.”

  3. Why do you do what you do?
“I’m on a healing journey to heal myself and I hope some of the things that I learn can help to heal themselves aswell.”

  4. What’s the best part about your job?
“Being creative and being in control of my schedule.”

  5. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“I remember a few years ago when I was overworking and pressuring myself and my granny sitting me down, who is a very wise old woman who meditates for hours a day. You know you got to make time to enjoy your life and make that the most important thing.”
