Everlast Teams Up With America’s Fastest Growing Fitness Franchise For New Boxing Concept

NEW YORK, United States  Everlast, the global leader in authentic boxing and fitness related sporting goods has announced plans to launch a brand new fitness venture in partnership with TITLE Boxing Club International, the fastest-growing fitness franchise in America.

In a bid to increase its presence in the boutique boxing market, the iconic brand’s new franchise, Everlast Fitness, will offer Everlast’s boxing products in over 150 domestic Title Boxing Club locations across the U.S., as well as Everlast’s own studio in New York City.

The two powerhouse brands also plan to join together to carry out an aggressive expansion strategy, with the aim to bring Everlast Fitness worldwide.

Continuing to serve as the holding company to both Title Boxing Club and Everlast Fitness, Elite Fitness Brands, one of the premiere wellness and fitness franchise organizations in the United States, will oversee the international expansion, utilising the same core management group, franchise leadership and brand efficiencies behind TITLE Boxing Club’s success.

Following a number of steps Everlast has taken over the last two years in order to stay relevant amid competition from a crush of newcomers in the U.S. including OVERTHROW and SHADOWBOX, which both sell their own apparel, the 100-year-old brand’s CEO Neil Morton explained:

“We are the oldest brand in the world for the sport of boxing and have an extensive portfolio of world champion professional boxing and mixed martial arts athletes. Coupling our experience within the boxing space and extensive line of world-class products with TITLE Boxing Club’s proven business model, we believe this partnership puts both brands in the perfect position for long-term growth.”

With Everlast’s roots firmly planted in product manufacturing and distribution worldwide, the new partnership will allow the boxing brand to diversify into the franchising space with the backing of a recognised and successful workout concept. Similarly, TITLE Boxing Club will benefit from the power of Everlast’s brand recognition, vast product inventory and points of distribution.

“With Everlast’s capabilities in worldwide product distribution and Title Boxing Club’s position as the number one fastest-growing franchise, the formation of Elite Fitness Brands presents mutual benefits to all parties, including our franchisees,” Title Boxing Club International CEO John Rotche explained.

“The addition of Everlast products sold in our domestic clubs gives franchisees additional revenue streams and an added benefit to offer members a choice in their fitness product selections, which continues to set us apart from the competition.”

The new international franchise concept, will offer members the same boxing and kickboxing fitness classes as TITLE Boxing Club, in premiere fitness studios internationally. In addition, members will also have the ability to purchase both brands’ products from the retail areas located inside domestic TITLE Boxing Clubs.

As Everlast continues to embrace the boutique boxing movement by expanding beyond its core product offering, its latest venture has the potential to reach a wider audience of consumers who participate in boxing as part of a broader workout regimen. With a reported revenue of $46.2 million and 400 new locations in development, teaming up with TITLE Boxing Club seems like the logical way to target them.
