LONDON, United Kingdom — Pioneering health and fitness festival Be:FIT is gearing up for its biggest event yet, taking place in London from 4-6 May,

Now in its fifth year, the 3-day festival which has successfully grown a community of thousands of wellness enthusiasts, is opening its doors to brand new fitness studios, a hot food market and a huge shopping village, with more than 100 curated health and fitness brands.

In addition to a packed lineup of fitness Influencers and boutique operators including UN1T, Another Space, F45, Frame, Core Collective, Alice Liveing and Bradley Simmonds; Welltodo will host a series of panels and workshops revolved around kickstarting a career in the wellness industry.

In a special keynote on Saturday 5th May, guests will have the opportunity to hear from business coach and Founder of Welltodo, Lauren Armes, who will explore how to cultivate a success mindset, grow a business and live the life you want.

Throughout the rest of the festival, alongside an inspiring lineup of panelists, both Armes and Welltodo Careers Manager Sophie Clyde-Smith, will chair workshops featuring insights and advice on what it takes to carve out a successful career in wellness.

Staying true to its original philosophy, this year the festival will also feature body confidence workshops, talks on mental health, wellness for mums and mood enhancing meditation. Past favourites including Deliciously Ella, Madeleine Shaw and Dr Hazel Wallace, will return for special sessions, while top nutritionists Rhiannon Lambert and Clare Goodwin will host live Q&As.

Last year the event attracted over 15,000 attendees, a figure it expects to grow in 2018.
