Founded by Telegraph Events in 2014, Be:FIT launched with the core objective to change the health and fitness industry’s focus on body image and aesthetics, and instead, encourage its audience to lead a happy and well-rounded lifestyle.
Staying true to its original philosophy, this year the festival will also feature body confidence workshops, talks on mental health, wellness for mums and mood enhancing meditation. Past favourites including Deliciously Ella, Madeleine Shaw and Dr Hazel Wallace, will return for special sessions, while top nutritionists Rhiannon Lambert and Clare Goodwin will host live Q&As.
Last year the event attracted over 15,000 attendees, a figure it expects to grow in 2018.
