A three-day program, the first of its kind, includes a full day conference, workshops, panel discussions and two days of satellite events across London (featuring a host of fitness classes).

The Summit has attracted sponsorship from the likes of Pukka, Inspiral and The Chia Co. who see it as powerful exposure to over 1000 wellness enthusiasts, all tuning in to the science of meditation.

Friday, the main conference day, will see a line-up of speakers including Chief Medical Officer of mindfulness app, Headspace, and the Founders of ‘The Happy Startup School’ and ‘Fooducate’, present groundbreaking ideas on healthy living, productivity and entrepreneurship.

Satellite events scheduled for Thursday and Saturday (open to all, even if you can’t attend the whole Summit), include spinning at Psycle, and yoga at Triyoga, Frame, or Blue Cow Yoga.

Other events will see collaborations with Google and General Assembly, asking questions about using technology to improve wellbeing, and mastering the art of happiness in a digital world.

Cultivating greater productivity skills and empowering its attendees…

It’s not too late to take part.
