Super trainer Hollie Grant has opened a dedicated studio for her renowned Model Method, where the combination of HIIT, body-sculpting Reformer Pilates and metabolism boosting weight training, are generating incredible results.
Training 1:1 with Hollie in her fully equipped PilatesPT studio, clients are describing the method as one of the most challenging and results driven regimes in London.
“Pilates PT is not a quick fix impulse option, it is about promoting a long term lifestyle change that brings about sustainable fitness levels and a complete change in body shape and health,” says Hollie, a STOTT trained Pilates Instructor specialising in body transformations.

A typical session with Hollie will begin with a warm-up on the treadmill to establish your maximum heart rate, before moving into a structured program of TRX, resistance work, and Reformer Pilates techniques.
Hollie is as much about aesthetics and achieving the client’s desired results, as she is about improving heart health – which is why providing a heart rate monitor for clients is so important. Her sessions do come with a warning however, be prepared to sweat!
