Reebok Club

We’re not die hard for the typical lifeless gym these days, but this is not your average sweat box. With top facilities you won’t find in most London gyms, including a pool, spa, golf lab, restaurant, climbing wall, combat zone and sports hall, you are seriously spoilt for choice. If you want specialised fitness and variation under one roof, then there is nowhere better to go. Offering classes (like TRX), personal training sessions, ski fitness classes and so much more; the Reebok Club is a mecca for all things health and fitness.

Recommended for: the fitness junkie who isn’t afraid to try anything from boxing and climbing to yoga and kettlebell, and is always looking for a way to switch up their fitness routine.

Psycle

Already a favourite in London, Psycle is headed east; set to open a new studio in Canary Wharf on the 1st May. This spin studio has already taken its cult following to another level with their Fitzrovia hangout and is sure to do the same on this side of the city. Combining music and rhythm with high energy and fun, it is the perfect break from a busy day of work.

Recommended for: the fitness addict, looking for the next best way to sweat, and for those who have heard the hype over social media, but haven’t had a chance to try it yet. Keep an eye out for an opening date soon!
