Is Project Awesome London’s Coolest Workout?

If your exercise regime is in need of a serious injection of fun we’ve got the perfect remedy. Project Awesome – a free fitness movement promising to help you get totally badass fit is making waves in the wellness world and we can see why.

Taking place at 6:30am on Wednesdays at Tower Bridge and Thursdays at Primrose Hill, the fitness movement gets you up and out of bed early. But when 50m water slides are involved does that even matter?

In fact, a quick scroll through any of Project Awesome’s social media pages will show you that despite the unfathomable hour it occurs – everyone appears to be deliriously happy.

Having recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, Project Awesome (which started life as a group of 4 people) rang out their success with 100 participants who jumped, chanted and clapped their way through a workout at the Southbank skate park.
