LONDON, United Kingdom — Join Welltodo at this year’s Be:FIT in London from 4th-6th May, and discover how wellness influencers Alice Liveing and Dr Hazel Wallace grew their personal brands and successful businesses.
Taking place on Sunday 6th May at 1:15pm, a special panel hosted by Welltodo Founder Lauren Armes will explore topics including the importance of establishing a public persona, how to foster a community and the steps you need to take to become your biggest brand advocate.
Following the panel, guests will have the opportunity to participate in an informative Q&A session, and network with like-minded individuals.

Where Else Can You Find Welltodo At Be:FIT?
In addition to this exciting panel, Welltodo will host a series of talks throughout the rest of the festival – focused on building a successful career or business in the wellness industry.
On Friday 4th May at 3:15pm, Welltodo Careers Manager Sophie Clyde-Smith will chair a panel with Pilates PT and Well + Happy, exploring how you can turn your passion into a fulfilling career in wellness. On Saturday 5th May at 1:15pm, Lauren Armes will be joined by Frame and Equinox to explore how to cultivate a success mindset when searching for a career in wellness, and at 3:15pm she’ll be back to discuss how to build, nurture and grow a thriving wellness business.
Following that, at 4:15pm, Sophie Clyde-Smith will return to host a panel showcasing the real-life case studies of individuals who have transformed their lives through finding a career in wellness
Finally, on Sunday 6th May at 11:15am, Lauren Armes will host an additional session focused on brand building.

In addition to Welltodo’s panels, this year’s Be:FIT will feature the launch of brand new fitness studios, classes from boutique operators including UN1T, Another Space, Third Space, F45, Frame and Core Collective, talks from Deliciously Ella, and Madeleine Shaw, and cooking demonstrations from Jasmine Hemsley, Joe Wicks and Hazel Wallace. The festival will also launch its first ever After Party — A late night session that will include workout classes with live DJs from Ministry Does Fitness.
