Prior to launching the company, the entrepreneur applied her marketing experience at various startups, academic institutions, and Wall Street organisations.

Named by Forbes to the 30 Under 30 list of young professionals making an impact in the Consumer Technology industry, in In 2017, the same year, Zatarain was a speaker at the Forbes Under 30 Summit on the topic of longevity, sleep and technology. In addition to her mission surrounding improved sleep, she also wants to bring underrepresented groups into Eight Sleep’s pool of talent and investors, saying that the only way to solve systemic inequality is to swim against the current status quo.

Joining Zatarian, Cecile Gasnault, Brand Director for sexual wellness company Smile Makers left France in 2014 for the warmer shores of Singapore. With 10 years experience in digital innovation in both MNCs and startups, she has specialised in building digital strategies to connect brands with consumers.

To answer the many questions Smile Makers was receiving from their community, Cecile launched in 2019 their pleasure-positive sex education program Vulva Talks, available for free.

Completing the incredible lineup is Carl McCartney, Customer Experience Director for Les Mills UK.
