Live Well Expands Its Footprint with 2020 London & Manchester Festivals

LONDON, United Kingdom — Live Well London, a three-day wellness festival focused on inclusive wellbeing is returning to the capital later this month, before heading to Manchester in October to expand its footprint.

Taking place from 28th February to 1st March at Old Billingsgate, the three-day London event, which ran for the first time last year, will build on its foundations to create what it says will be “the most inspirational wellbeing festival experience of 2020”.

To appeal to a more diverse audience and connect with those outside of the ‘wellness bubble’, the festival will take a softer approach, embracing holistic and nurturing forms of wellness through a series of motivational talks from leading names in physical and emotional health, nutrition and fitness, workout classes from beginner to expert level, interactive demonstrations and immersive experiences.

Inspirational wellness brands and experts including Jonny Wilkinson CBE, Dame Kelly Holmes, Richie Bostock aka The Breathe Guy, Liz Earle MBE, Dale Pinnock The Medicinal Chef, FLYKICK, Mindful Chef, Rhiannon Lambert, MINDBODY and BUPA Health will fill the festival’s jam-packed lineup.

Further demonstrating the event’s inclusive ethos, a team of diverse ambassadors, including celebrity trainer and founder of F.I.T Jam Dance Movement Faye Edwards, Chartered Psychologist Kimberley Wilson, and co-founder of boutique gym The Foundry, Dave Thomas will also hit the stage.

Where can you find Welltodo?

In addition to hosting a series of panels across the festival, focused on building a successful career in the wellness industry, you’ll be able to find the Welltodo Careers team at our dedicated stand, where we’ll be showcasing our careers platform — Welltodo Careers.

If you’re ready to make the leap into working in one of the fastest-growing and exciting industries but don’t know where to start, or you’d like to take your current career or business to the next level, Welltodo can give you advice on how to make the move into a job you’ll love and forge a career that is truly fulfilling and authentically you.

What can business owners & entrepreneurs expect?

On Friday 28th February a dedicated ‘Wellbeing Works’ day will cater to those looking to ensure wellbeing is firmly on the business agenda, by exploring ways to integrate wellness into the workplace.

Talks will include: ‘Business of the Future: Changing Workplace Experiences and Expectations’, ‘Why Now is the Best Time to Kickstart a Career in the Wellbeing Industry: The Trends Driving the Growth of the $4.5 Trillion Industry’ and ‘How to be a Credible Business in the Wellbeing Industry’ will showcase tailored content for wellness brands and corporates.

And from 5:30pm onwards, in collaboration with Creative Impact, Live Well London will play host to the Creative Impact Summit; a conference focusing on marketing, content, partnerships and monetising personal talent in the digital world.

What about beyond London?

Recognising that wellness isn’t, and shouldn’t be restricted to London, from 3rd to 4th October, Live Well will also take place at Manchester Central, Manchester.

In line with its London model, the two-day event will feature a line-up of industry experts, in-demand trainers, fitness classes and more.

Speaking about the expansion, Sam Willoughby, Managing Director and Founder of Live Well said: “Wellness is not only London-based – it’s of national interest and one that is growing.”

Adding: “We believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing, one that should and can be enjoyed by everyone. Manchester is fast becoming a hub of all things health and wellness and we couldn’t be more excited to bring the festival to a group of like-minded consumers.’
