Londoners Celebrate The Launch Of The Pura Vida Social Club

If you missed out on last night’s launch of the Pura Vida Social Club, don’t dismay, this inspiring wellness initiative for body and mind is here to stay.

PVSC is London’s brand new, monthly mid-week gathering inspiring dialogue around the mind, body and soul. Founded by London’s Hugo Toland, Xochi Balfour and Dominic Cools-Lartigue, PVSC combines wholesome food, music and craft in a relaxing and creative environment.

The launch event, held at Fairground on Kingsland Rd, featured a beautiful spread of healthy eats, curated by Xochi and the team at The Detox Kitchen and Danielle Copperman from Model Mange Tout. PVSC drew together a diverse crowd of wellness junkies, who also enjoyed Superseeds from Punch Foods and cold-pressed juice by Imbibery London.

A complete sensory experience would not have been complete without some chilled beats, provided by DJ Al Dobson Jr, and the beautiful voice of folk singer, Tanya Wells.

As part of the PVSC launch event, guests experienced “the cosmic vibration” through a sound bath performance, workshop and discussion with Lani Rocillo from Sound Being.

The special addition of craft with Wool & the gang rounded out a truly spectacular evening.

The launch of PVSC is evidence that London is quickly becoming a place where health and wellness is a way of life, not just a passing trend.

No doubt you’re now holding your breath for the next event. Tickets are £40.
