CALIFORNIA, United States — MINDBODY, the leading technology platform for wellness services, is bringing together business owners for a three-day conference aimed at informing, educating and uncovering new ways to thrive within the fast-growing wellness industry.

Featuring educational sessions across a range of topics including marketing, social media and customer retention, as well as a variety of networking opportunities and unique wellness experiences, MINDBODY BOLD which takes place from 18th to 20th of September, will also include a special session with former First Lady, Michelle Obama.

“In so many ways, Michelle Obama embodies MINDBODY’s purpose of connecting the world to wellness,” commented Stollmeyer.

“Both a powerful role model and passionate activist for youth wellness, she shares the same drive as the businesses we support: bringing communities together to help people live healthier, happier lives,” he added.

In addition to enabling business owners to manage the day-to-day running of their companies, more recently the software provider has grown its services to become a notable consumer brand.

“A lot of the reason for that is we want to help bring more money into our customer’s businesses, and we can do that by continuing to build out a network of people that are participating in health and wellness services,” Co-Founder Blake Beltram recently told Welltodo.

Joining Obama at BOLD in order to help MINDBODY fulfil its vision will be author, activist and sports icon Billie Jean King, who’ll deliver a keynote focusing on equality, inclusion and the importance of connecting with others, Alli Webb, Founder of blow dry chain Drybar, Sarah Larson Levey, Co-Founder of boutique fitness operator Y7 Studio and Andrea Isabelle Lucas, Owner of Barre & Soul fitness studios.
