In exciting news for East Londoners, two of our favourite fitness brands are teaming up this Autumn to bring you Paola’s BodyBarre at The Refinery.
In not one, but two very special weekend workshops Paola, whose barre classes are popular with ‘fitoholics’ including Mille Mackintosh, will be instructing three 30 minute taster classes per session to work your muscles to exhaustion.
Speaking about her classes Paola said: “My BodyBarre method is designed to maximise the workout you get from your time in the studio. To elongate, isolate and target specific body parts for a lean, toned body.”
Kicking off on Saturday 26th September at 3pm the first workshop will consist of Paola’s Barre Below: incorporating dynamic Pilates techniques, sculpting legs and glutes, Barre Signature: a signature Barre method, whole body workout to create long and lean muscles and Barre Blast: a super energetic, cardio heavy and fast paced fat blasting class.
