Redemption Bar Opens In Notting Hill – Where Mocktails Rule!

‘Spoil yourself without spoiling yourself’, that’s the philosophy at London’s much-hyped new opening – Redemption.

That’s right, the team behind the non-alcoholic bar that’s been popping up all over London are finally laying down roots with a new, permanent venue and they’re causing a buzz sans the hangover.

Located in Notting Hill, the booze-free bar and restaurant will offer customers a selection of guilt-free mocktails such as the ‘beet-o-tini’ (Fresh home-made beetroot juice, freshly squeezed orange juice, lime and coconut water shaken over ice) and the ‘Apple mockjito’ (Muddled apple presse, fresh mint and lime, served over ice and topped with soda) as well as an extensive menu designed by a nutritional therapist.

“We are ecstatic as to how well our pop-ups have performed – it shows that the market is changing and we’re leading the way,” says Catherine Salway, Founder of Redemption, who spent 17 years managing the Virgin brand with Richard Branson.

“Socializing no longer needs to be at the expense of your health. We can’t wait to open our doors to our first permanent home and where better than Notting Hill?” she adds. “We’re inviting West London locals to come along and raise a toast – non-alcoholic – of course, to the last weeks of summer!”

Vegan, gluten-free and raw food dishes will all feature, but don’t be fooled by the saintly offerings. The dark chocolate tart and English summer cheesecake are enough to satisfy any cravings, even without the usual additives.

So go on, have a blow out – we promise you won’t have to atone for any sins the next morning.
