Strike A Pose With Voga At The OM Yoga Show

It’s a world-first fusion of Yoga and vogueing.

Yoga and vogueing?! What on earth, we hear you cry!

Juliet Murrell is the fashion, film and design aficionado behind Voga, and she is edgy and radical in her approach. She identified a niche for a more expressive, energetic style of Yoga… and it involves 80’s beats!

Juliet now teaches her Voga method in London, Ibiza, Rio and Buenos Aires. And a leopard print or sequin clad outfit is 100% acceptable!

Voga combines the breath-synchronised movement of Yoga with expressive dance moves, which increases circulation, improves flexibility and puts a wicked grin on your face.

“Voga offers all the health benefits of Yoga and more,” say Juliet. “It manifests a unique sense of wholeness and confidence that you just can’t get from the average gym class.”

Head to the OM Yoga Show this weekend at Olympia National in London, where you can strike a Voga pose for free on Saturday in the Open Class Room 5, from 1:45-2:15pm.

There are loads of other free yoga classes planned, so if Voga isn’t your thing – check out the free show guide at www.omyogashow.com to see what else is on offer.
