Taking place in London on Tuesday 19th September, this inspiring event for forward-thinking brands, startups, influencers and investors in the wellness industry, will be presented in partnership with international law firm Bird & Bird LLP.

Who Are The Panelists?

With invaluable insights into how to build a profitable and innovative business, the panelists will reveal how they got started, what it took to build their brands, and how they have scaled in local and international markets.

We’ll be joined by Paul Lindley, founder of global success Ella’s Kitchen, an organic baby and children’s brand he launched from his kitchen table. His mission, was to improve the children’s lives through healthier relationships with food.

The award-winning brand, renowned for its child-like branding and innovative packaging, and which Lindley grew to an annual turnover of £50m, was successfully sold to US food giant Hain Celestial in 2013.

Now generating an annual global turnover of over £100m, Ella’s Kitchen holds a 30 percent share of the UK baby-food market, with its products currently sold in over 40 territories around the world including the US and Canada.

Lindley has also authored his first book, Little Wins: The Huge Power Of Thinking Like A Toddler, and will be sharing some of the key takeaways with us, about how to unlock your creative potential and tap into your inner playful child, in order to build a more successful business [copies of the book will be available to buy on the night].

Joining Lindley on the panel will be Robert Rowland, the founder of Boom Cycle. Following a degree in Molecular Genetics and Gene Cloning, Rowland found himself heading up business development for a global drinks and events consultancy group before deciding he wanted to do something of his own.

Teaming up with his now wife Hilary, to form their own fitness concept, the duo launched Boom Cycle back in 2011 as London’s first boutique cycling brand.

Having finessed his original vision to ‘put the fun into fitness’, over the past 6 years Rowland has molded Boom into a sustainable business model that now comprises of 4 sites — the last of which is set to open in Battersea Power Station later this year.

With a further 10 sites planned for the next 5 years, Rowland intends to continue strengthening Boom Cycle’s position in the market as it enters its most ambitious growth stage yet. But more importantly, carry on with his goal of providing people with a simple and accessible way to sweat.
