Joining Mills, our second panellist Nicola Elliott launched Neom Organics following a seven-year stint working 60 hour weeks as an editor for magazines including InStyle and Glamour. Having noticed that her wellbeing was being affected by the stress and demands of a busy career, the trained aromatherapist began to experiment with pure essential oils as a way to address the wellbeing needs of women who were being dragged down by the pressures of poor sleep, high stress and low energy.

She began making powerful therapeutic tinctures for herself and her friends before transforming her passion into a business.

Starting out with a set of five candles, Neom Organics, which launched in 2005, is now the fastest growing wellbeing fragrance brand in the UK. With A-List fans including Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Moss and Sienna Miller, Elliott’s cult brand of wellness products can be found in John Lewis, Fenwicks, Selfridges, Heals and many other leading home and beauty stores.

Steering the creative vision of the brand and ensuring that every product Neom creates serves a therapeutic need or purpose, Elliott is dedicated to inspiring women to lead naturally healthier lives by encouraging them to press pause and make time for prioritising their wellbeing.

Completing our inspiring lineup, Swedish born Kristina Karlsson turned a desire for stylish home office products into a booming design and retail business.
