Welltodo Jetsetter: A Healthy Island Guide To Ibiza

As the clubs shut up shop and the tourists vanish for another year, it might be considered the ‘off season’ in Ibiza, but life continues to go on. In fact, the calmer months hold a special charm that can sometimes be lost among the crowds during the busier periods. From sunlight yoga classes to superfood smoothie cafes, we’ve tracked down the best spots the White Isle has to offer when it comes to relaxation and re-energising during the winter… and there isn’t a champagne party in sight.

With help from local experts Anna Gortkamp, founder of B London, and Lana Love, founder of Passion Ibiza, check out our healthy island guide here:

Passion Cafe | Healthy Treats

The self-proclaimed ‘home of health and happiness’, Passion is renowned for being Ibiza’s first healthy eating destination. With four juice and superfood smoothie cafes and restaurants dotted around the island, it’s a must-visit destination. In particular the delicious plant-based breakfasts and cakes hit the spot and then there’s the gluten free mac & cheese… need we say more?
