West Londoners Welcome The Superfood-Fuelled Morning Rave Movement

Fancy a little soul-shaking boogie on a banging dance floor, a massage and a superfood smoothie, all before work? We’re not talking ‘out all night and into the wee hours’ either. We’re talking about London’s new favourite early morning ritual… where you rave your way into the day.

Welcome to Morning Gloryville, where Londoners are tuning in to an immersive morning dance experience. Starting at 6:30am to wind up at 10:30am, this is something a little different to wake you from your slumber. It’s designed to switch your usual bleary-eyed tube ride for a more remarkable start to the day. Picture vibrant outfits, wicked beats and positive vibes – all before breakfast.

Now a global movement in its own right, Morning Gloryville’s founders Samantha Moyo and Nico Thoemmes may not have predicted the global cult following. Their dream in 2013 was to bring conscious clubbing into the urban spotlight, which they’ve achieved with great success.

London isn’t the only city discovering a new (alcohol and drug-free) way to rise and shine, with thousands of Morning Gloryville revellers joining the movement in Sydney, Tokyo, New York and Paris. Adding a double espresso and some yoga to the mix is a sure way to fire up your day and get the creative juices flowing. You’ll arrive at work with a spring in your step and a smile on your face.

East Londoners are well-versed in the art of the morning rave, with the fourteenth Shoreditch-based event scheduled for 23rd July.

The good news is that West Londoners now have the opportunity to start the day in style as well. Morning Gloryville is bringing its morning moves to Notting Hill for the first time this Wednesday, 9th July. With the announcement that Mode’s resident DJ Jolyon Klean will be laying down the beats, tickets will sell out quickly. Get yours here!
