According to Founder Ludovic Rossignol: “Although the pandemic has changed the way we shop, work and behave physically as a society, we cannot replace face-to-face human connections.”

And now more than ever, he believes that live events such as Balance Festival will: “Play an instrumental role in creating meaningful social moments, elevated experiences, and lasting memories.”

In addition to hosting a range of panels and workshops delivered by thought leaders and world-renowned wellness experts, as with previous years the festival will also house a meditation dome, yoga studio and Therabody recovery station.

New to the lineup will be a new food concept called Feelgood Kitchen which will deliver natural, plant-rich, dairy-free and gluten-free meals (made by Michelin-star-trained chefs). Elsewhere, guests will have the opportunity to discover and engage with a huge selection of athleisure labels and other cutting-edge wellness products.

“The main stage line-up is full of heart-raising and mood-boosting sessions. We’ve got some of the best yoga practitioners attending and spaces for mediation and industry panels. There really is something for everyone this year — whether you want to work out, meet new brands, or hear about the industry trends for 2022,” Rossignol told Welltodo.

During the festival’s industry and press day on Friday 12th November, ‘The LAB’ will return to showcase exclusive talks from leading experts and influencers in the wellness space, including voices from the worlds of F&B, innovators in digital fitness and leaders in D&I who will explore the major trends transforming the wellness landscape.

Further still, on Saturday 13th November at 12pm, guests will have the opportunity to hear from industry expert, leading business coach and Founder of Welltodo Lauren Armes, who’ll be hosting a panel session exploring ‘How to build a go-to Expert business in wellness’.

With health and safety of utmost importance, covid protocols will be in place to make sure the festival is delivered in a safe environment.

In addition to attendees needing to demonstrate proof of a completed course of vaccination, or a negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test result taken within 48hrs of arrival, capacity has been reduced by 25% and staggered entry times with different sessions each day have been introduced. Deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation will also be in place.

Speaking ahead of the event Rossignol shared: “We’ve all been through a lot, and this year’s Festival is a chance to remember what makes the UK’s wellness scene so special: the people in it.”
